Renaissance Development LLC is a Washington, DC-based construction company that specializes in exterior masonry and historic preservation. Our skilled master craftsmen create patios, walkways, retaining walls, and steps using flagstone, slate, brick, and concrete. Renaissance Development also provides tuckpointing services, which involves restoring the brick facades of historic buildings using traditional methods and materials. During the past five years, the company has completed dozens of projects in District neighborhoods including Capitol Hill, Shaw, Logan Circle , Dupont Circle , Adams Morgan, Kalorama, Petworth, Georgetown , and Columbia Heights . Renaissance Development?s offices are located on Capitol Hill in the heart of DC's largest historic district.

President

Dr. Christina K. Wilson, president of Renaissance Development, earned her Ph.D. in architectural history from the University of Virginia . From 1992 to 1998, she taught courses in architectural history and historic preservation for UVA's Division of Continuing Education. Dr. Wilson served as director of public programs and adult education at the National Building Museum in Washington , DC before founding Renaissance Development in 2004.
